I'd definitely recommend Carbase Bristol to friends and family because Mirgen and the rest of the team were really helpful! Made sure everything was sorted smoothly and were honest and respectful. They filled my new car up with some petrol and offered me 12 months free breakdown cover. Really lovely garage

My experience at Carbase Bristol was amazing! After what had been a really stressful week, it ended with such a positive experience, and I honestly couldn’t fault the team.

Phill was brilliant. He was so calming, and at no point did I feel pressured into anything. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made what I have found to be an overwhelming experience in the past feel calm, enjoyable and stress-free. I really appreciate that, and it made such a difference to me!

When we were passed over to Tim to finalise everything, he was just as fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, offered great advice and explained the whole process in a way that I could easily understand.

I genuinely cannot fault the team at Carbase Bristol. The customer service we received was excellent from start to driving away, and I have already recommended you to friends and family!

Thank you again for making the whole experience such a positive one. I am absolutely delighted with my new T-Roc!

My experience at Carbase Bristol was interesting. I was told on the phone that the car was ready to drive away. When I got to the dealership the car was not ready and required a clean. I was at the dealership for over 2 hours before driving away with the vehicle. I sat around for a long time. I purchased the car for the car, not because I was satisfied with the experience I had from carbase.

Carbase Bristol were really helpful and I'd recommend them because Joe was absolutely brilliant. He assisted me with a test drive of a Mazda CX5 & then I asked for him for when I wanted to test drive a CX60.

He was so patient with me. Explained everything to ensure I understood even though I had a headache & was struggling to keep up!

He really went above & beyond to look after me to ensure I was happy with the terms & purchase.

I would always go back to Joe based on this!

I'd recommend Carbase Bristol because I saw a Carbase car on Auto Trader, rang through and spoke to Curtis. We chatted through the make, the model, age and mileage. I mentioned I had two dogs and he was so interested in me, not just trying to pitch. He was a pleasure to chat with, so I put a reservation down and made an appointment to visit.

I went in today and met with John. When I gave my name at reception, the ladies asked if I brought the dogs, which made me smile. I had a quick look round and took it for a spin. John walked me through everything and didn't once try to sell me anything I wasn't interested in. He was easy to chat to, walked me through everything clearly, reiterated things kindly when I didn't understand and I've walked away with a car that will last and the dogs will enjoy.
