I'd recommend Carbase Bristol because every interaction I had when 1st walking into the dealership was pleasant and professional. Can not fault anyone. Tendayi was approachable, knowledgeable, answered all my questions when asked. Owen in Finance was exceptional also. Followed all requirements about finance options and additional packages. Did not catch the sales persons name while waiting, younger guy also customer service focused just a shame supports Bristol City. Great car buying experience and Tendayi made it an overall smooth process.
Great choice of cars, no pressure to buy the additional warranties. Had an issue with the car when we got home and carbase booked the car in to be checked and rectified the problem. Just waiting for sons referall fee to be paid
